Well, it’s a strange article. De Buyer manufactures ranges of products in stainless steel, copper, or composite alloy (Affinity, Prima Matera, Inocuivre. etc.). They are known to produce one of the best carbon steel pans (Mineral B), bust it’s just one product. Please compare.. what is comparable.
